About this activity
You will start to visit the local Sanur market (when book a morning class) and make contact with the local Indonesian market vendors. You get a good picture of the daily market life in Bali, and you'll see the difference with the Western market. Here we purchase the fresh ingredients that will be used to create the Indonesian dishes.
In addition to knowing everything about the different methods of preparation, you will learn various (basic) cooking techniques, backgrounds of dishes/ingredients and where you can buy any ingredients.
You will receive a practical recipe booklet. There is enough time to ask questions, to have fun together and finally to eat the delicious menu and talk about everything you have learned.
